My study aboard experience in Passau, Germany was wonderful. I was fortunate to be able to interact with students from Russia, France, Spain, and many other countries as while German students. Summer 2004
At 33 years old, not many gals would have the opportunity to burn a whole year's worth of vacation and take a chance at studying for a month in Germany. It was definitely one of the most unique experiences in my life. I had an entire month to do something I had wanted to do for most of my adult life...to learn and speak German. .. After 30 days I was getting into the German groove, speaking it every day, every chance I got. It left a lasting impression on me. If only I had another month's vacation... Meri Linn Emerson |
